Strengthening Regional Capacity for Data-Driven TB Control

EPCON had the pleasure of introducing our Epi-control platform to the regional Centers for Health Development (CHDs) across the Philippines. This marks an important milestone in our national roll-out, enabling a more collaborative and transparent environment between regional health teams and implementing partners.

With all partners now accessing the same contextual evidence and model outputs, regions are better equipped to strategize interventions, prioritize high-burden areas, and target communities where people remain unreached. This shared analytical foundation empowers data-driven decision-making and fosters alignment across programmatic and operational levels.

Beyond strengthening planning capacity, the active engagement of CHD teams has provided valuable insights into what parameters truly matter on the ground, helping refine the metrics that drive impact and ensuring the platform remains responsive to local realities.
