We are a social entreprise

We are a social enterprise

dedicated to prioritising public health

over financial gains.

We are Mission-driven

We strive to make a real difference in public health.

Our commitment to public health consistently supersedes financial objectives.

We develop innovative solutions to social challenges

We harness the capacities of AI for a range of applications aimed at bolstering public health systems, from forecasting disease burden to optimising intervention and treatment strategies. Our Epi-control platform is used to facilitate data visualisation, real-time monitoring and predicting. Our platform has supported projects across many different countries including Pakistan, Nigeria, the Philippines, South Africa, India, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Guinea, benefiting over 2 billion people.

We prioritize inclusivity

We prioritise inclusivity, engaging stakeholders such as patients, NGOs, healthcare partners, and local communities in our decision-making processes. This strategy ensures that we tailor our solutions for the specific challenges and contexts of different areas.

We support the SDG goals

Sustainable Development Goals_edited.png

By integrating relevant SDGs into our business strategy,
we are committed to creating a healthier, more equitable world.

01

Tackling poverty

The “No Poverty” goal focuses on reducing the rates of people living with less than $2.15 per day (adjusted for 2017 purchasing power parity). We utilise poverty data to identify hotspots for infectious disease and to determine access to essential resources in impoverished regions, including electricity, potable water, sanitation, and healthcare services.

02

Zero hunger

This SDG commits to eliminating global malnutrition and food insecurity by 2030. We contribute by using AI predictive analytics to identify vulnerable communities, translating this data into user-friendly spatial maps. These vital insights are then shared with our partners, including local NGOs or other strategic partners, thus targeting aid more effectively.

03

Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at every age

This objective aims to halt several lethal infectious disease epidemics, such as AIDS, tuberculosis (TB), malaria, and other transmissible diseases by 2030. We use AI algorithms and data analytics, drawn from public health databases and open source data, to pinpoint current and prospective disease hotspots.

04

Clean water and sanitation

With at least half the world's population facing severe water scarcity annually, we prioritise access to clean water and sanitation, visualising this data to inform policy-level decisions.

05

Reducing inequality

Inequality, whether rooted in income, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, class, ethnicity, religion, or opportunity significantly impedes growth and development. At EPCON, we find vulnerable communities. By leveraging big data, we’re equipped to identify at-risk communities.
